What We Offer

I can’t be the only one who feels the language of the job market is becoming more Orwellian every day, right? This is a section from an ad for a German teaching job that LinkedIn suggested to me. Do I just not understand the phrase “What We Offer” anymore? Or can someone point out the actual benefits this employer offers?
